چکیده
Gradient variations of through-thickness residual stress, microstructure and texture greatly affect the performance cold radial forged tubes. In this work, distribution stress was measured based on Debye ring. The characterized with electron backscattering diffraction technique. by X-ray diffractometer. influence strength anisotropy tubes different thickness reductions analyzed. results show that varies gradually from compressive to tensile outer inner surface. microhardness surface is lower than inner. dislocation density low-angle grain boundary fraction are smallest in one-third thickness. increase main components tube include {111}<110>, {001}<110> {114}<110>. This work has important significance for improving high-strength alloy steel processed forging.

Influence of Residual Stress on Fatigue Life of Hot Forged and Shot Blasted Steel Components
Hot forging is a common manufacturing process for the production of large quantities of engineering components. Residual stresses are developed in forged components as a result of various aspects of the manufacturing process, including subsequent cooling, and heat treatment. Residual stresses can significantly affect the deformation and fatigue failure of materials. Hot forged EN15R steel bars ...

متن کاملNumerical and Experimental Evaluation of Residual Stress and Fatigue Strength of Steel CK35 in Shot Peening Process
In shot peening process the work piece surface is struck by a large number of balls and compressive residual stress is generated on the surface. So, mechanical properties such as fatigue strength, stress corrosion resistance, smooth shape and ... will improve. In this paper, the balls with a speed of 100 to 200 m/s were struck on the steel samples and fatigue strength compared with specimens wi...
